Comment: Mary Ann Mancini was a great agent for selling my house. She did everything she needed to do and more. First we inspected the house, she made suggestions for making it more appealing to the buyers. She advertised with a data sheet with beautiful photos. We chose a conservative asking price in hopes of getting higher bids. Immediately after the first open house we got at least a dozen higher bids. She told them to make best and final offer. We discussed them and chose a high cash offer. Unfortunately there was a problem with the offer, she recommended we drop it. A new higher offer came in with cash and a mortgage which we accepted. Mary Ann helped me with the selling process: the lawyers, and the contract. It took while to get to the final closing date. During this time May Ann was very active keeping track of the progress of the transaction. She phoned me several times a week to keep me informed of the progress.She also helped me solve some problems with the title company which was holding up the closing. Finally she took the time to drive me to the closing. Mary Ann was always cheerful and very easy to get along with. I highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

She assured us in the very beginning that she was available to us 24 hours a day/7 days a week, and she meant it! She would respond to our inquiries by phone, text and email at all hours of the day and night, and always within a moments notice! We are convinced she doesnt sleep. She also had a keen sense of when it would be easier to just pick up the phone rather than engage in a lengthy text or email exchange. Marion also helped us locate other professionals needed for the sale when we encountered some challenges, something I would never have expected. The first attorney we had selected on our own was less than optimal. When Marion became aware of this, she had a referral to a different attorney at the ready, and that attorney was very responsive, just like Marion. She told us that she only refers other professionals whose level of responsiveness equals hers. It was impressive, needless to say.
