Comment: We found Howard Hanna as a result of a listing placed by Christine Koenig for a house in Wurtsboro. That house was not suitable to our needs, but Christine helped us find a house that worked for us, in a very tight market, and also helped us thru a difficult issue that the sellers attorney was trying to gloss over.Would have to say that we are very happy to have worked with Christine Koenig, and her colleague Danielle Moore, and would recommend them to anyone.

Comment: I don’t even know where to start with the amazing experience we have had with Dawn. I’m almost 1000 miles away and she handled this difficult time for my mother with the utmost compassion, knowledge and professionalism. She took the stress of me not being able to be there and treated us better than family. My mother was having to sell her deceased parents home, her childhood home and this was very emotional and overwhelming for her. Dawn answered every text, every phone call and every fear my mother had without hesitation. She handled every aspect professionally and kindly. She went well beyond the call of her duties as a realtor and eased my mother’s worries at every turn. Dawn listed the house on a Monday and had my mother a contract that met her needs by Saturday. She worked diligently to make sure this was the right deal for my family. To say we are pleased with Dawn is an understatement. We can not thank you enough Dawn for all you did. This agency has done a wonderful job with having Dawn as a part of their team. Our family is so thankful to you for taking this burden off our shoulders and in the manner you did it! Comment: Kim Starks has been wonderful to work with. We started our house hunt in the late spring of 2021, because apparently we either like a challenge or have masochistic tendencies. Kim was patient, supportive, and encouraging throughout the process. Anytime a house that had potential for us was listed, she was quick to schedule a tour and was very flexible. She offered good advice and was clearly knowledgeable in her career field. We would not hesitate to recommend Kim. Is she secretly an Avenger in the field of real estate, a long lost cousin to Iron Man? Maybe, but she did not disclose a secret identity to us as of yet.

Comment: I had first gone to another agency and was extremely disappointed in the service that they had provided. So I terminated the contract because of the fact my home sat for months with no viewings. I then sought out another agency and signed up with BHG. Unfortunately the agent that was first referred to me did not step up as I was told that she would .Needless to say another disappointment. I decided to not waste more time and called the manager expressing my concerns as my home was once again sitting with little to no viewings not being properly advertised..
