They were very helpful as I have a cat and most places do not accept pets. I was able to get the studio I liked and despite it being no pets allowed the agent was able to convinced the landlord to accept my cat. I had a video tour of the place, the following day got to see it in person and the day after that I got the keys to the place. Love the professionalism and fast response.
