Comment: Claudia should be kept a secret so I hesitate to write this review, but sometimes you just have to do the right thing for the greater good. To say she goes above and beyond is an understatement. She is a breath of fresh air in a cut-throat business (especially in this market). She responds instantly, listens, is willing to get dirty (literally), does her research, is tireless and smart, has a sense of humor, is reasonable, and follows up even after there is nothing else to be gained. I cant recommend Claudia and this small, local business more highly. Thank you!

Comment: I would wholeheartedly recommend Ann to first time homebuyers in the Hudson River area. My partner and I moved to Westchester after years in Brooklyn. We found Ann’s firm online and met her at a coffee shop in Beacon, and were immediately impressed by her knowledge of the area and compassion for homebuyers moving out of the city. It’s a very different world! Having a relaxed initial conversation, where we had time to talk about who we were and what mattered to us, was very important. She set up an MLS search and we began touring homes the next weekend.As we began the search we immediately found a house that we fell in love with. But Ann did not pressure us to make an offer - she insisted that we take our time and enjoy the home buying process. As we continued to look at more homes, it became clear that first home was our match. She coached us through the logistics and tactics of making an offer. The market has been very chaotic, but with Ann we ultimately secured about 7% off the listed price!A small but very important point: Ann is very, very responsive. When buying a home there are so many questions, followups and tasks. It makes such a difference to have work with someone who can keep track of it all and resolve these things in a timely manner.We couldn’t be happier with our first home. Thank you Ann! Comment: Ann is an amazing real estate agent and superb advocate for new homebuyers. We quickly came to appreciate her honesty and deep knowledge of the local market. Comment: Anns attention to detail and calm but enthusiastic manner meant the world to me! Her attention was on us and our home. As a broker or middle wo/man she was in line and understood her duties. She passed information on to us and let us do the deciding. As a human being helping us sell our house, she listened, she gave suggestions, she kept us on track & she followed thru with everything she said she would! Everything from the photographer to the open house went smoothly. She has the ability to explain legalize and contract. She never used cookie cutter language in the listing which was a piece of art to me! Actually, her website is a piece of art. She was a professional and steady hand, helping to guide us through a competitive market, and in dealing with some very difficult sellers... she was always optimistic and gave very wise counsel all the way through. We were moving from California and she made the long-distance search process smooth and simple. Always there when we need her. Never missed a phone call or email. Comment: Contrary to what you may have heard, houses do not sell themselves. They need a champion who “gets” the house, envisions who that buyer will be, and how to reach them. As a seller, we were so happy we trusted Ann and Hudson River Line Realty to sell our home. She hustles, listens, thinks creatively and doesn’t give up. With some of the other bigger brokers, we felt like we would be just one in their array of listings, garnering fleeting attention. With Ann we always felt like her number 1 priority. She used that to focus our search, and was willing to do Zoom walk throughs to save us time. She then helped us to find and buy THE house we wanted, even when there was already an accepted offer on it! She wanted to get to know us and let us get a feel for all areas from Beacon, Fishkill, Garrison, Ossining, Cold spring to Peekskill. Weve seen big houses, small houses, remote, community, old and new, but stuck with is the whole way.The thrill is deffinatly finding your place, learning about the areas and Ann knows alot about all the areas she covers which is very hard to find in a realtor. We also felt really allergic to the classic salesperson type and didn’t want to feel like we were being talked into something in order to close a sale.
