Thanks guys!8/2023We recently sold our own home with Sam and Luigi, they got us the best price and made the process so easy, many things about the housing market have changed in 17 years since we bought our house and Sam guided us through the process. The pictures on the listing were great. Several houses on our street have been for sale and have had to reduce prices and have not sold, ours was priced correctly, sold quickly with little disruption to our lives. Comment: My husband and I bought his first home and my second this past Spring (2022) using Melissa Tropp as our buyers agent. We moved here from Illinois in late 2021. I was a licensed Realtor in my state for 3 years prior to moving. I moved to Western NY without knowing the area or the housing market. Melissa made us both feel extremely confident in our decisions. She impressed me infinitely as a fellow Realtor. I can say without a doubt that she goes above and beyond what is expected from a real estate agent, and I have worked with many! She truly wants what is best for her clients, not for herself only. She both works harder AND thinks smarter. Its truly amazing to watch her in what is clearly her element. I cannot recommend her enough as a buyers agent. And when we sell, Ill be reaching out to her as well!

Comment: Allyson was an ABSOLUTE wonder of an agent! If you are looking for the best of the best, you have found her! I have been in business development and sales for about 10 years now and finding someone of her caliber in any industry is near impossible. It is very difficult finding someone you trust when you have been in that type of job field, and from the very beginning, she earned my respect personally and professionally. This crazy market really had us losing hope in being able to find our first home. But day in and day out, Allyson was by our side. She had a constant eye out on anything that may match what we wanted. In the end, a property that we were out bid on actually came back on the market, and because of her diligence we were able to jump right on it and secure our offer on our perfect first home! She was even able to help us through the negotiating process to a beneficial agreement even though we bought in a pure sellers market. My family and I could not be happier with Allysons service and will never stop spreading the word about her. She is the way to go!

Comment: Emailed the company to find out more about a townhome listed on Zillow and we were emailed the next morning by Melissa Tropp. She immediately started to help us set up an appointment to see the home and sent me listings for other properties she thought wed be interested in seeing.After seeing the property she made filling out the application so easy, even going as far as printing out pictures of the listings and the tenantapplication.Because we didnt live in the area we had to sign all the forms online and shes was extremely patient with how technologically challenged I am. All around great experience and we highly recommend asking for Melissa specifically, shes the best.
