Comment: I just bought my first home with Sean Mattrey and will definitely be recommending him to my friends/family and using him in the future! Sean really works hard to find you your home- not just to sell you any house. Hes always quick to respond, honest about expectations, very kind and professional, and has a overall just has a great attitude to work with. Being a first time buyer I had a ton of questions and Sean always took the time to make sure I understood and was comfortable, and looked out for my best interest. Comment: I had the pleasure to deal with Lee Wagner who assisted me as a first time home buyer in my new hometown of Buffalo, NY. Lee was very patient and supportive throughout the entire process. Shes a great professional, never puts you under pressure and has always good advice. 716 Realty works with Cross Funding for the loan process and on that side I was assisted by Joe Rosati who as well did an excellent job at securing a mortgage. This was my first time buying a home and it was during a pandemic, hence extra challenging. Thanks to Lee and Joe the whole process was much easier and less stressful than I had ever imagined.

Comment: I dont usually write reviews, however I thought it was pertinent that anyone utilizing 716 Realty Group to sell their home knows how helpful our agent, Jay Herlan was to us. From day one, he provided us with all with information we needed in order to sell our home and really made us feel comfortable with choosing him as our agent. He had just recently sold a few houses in our neighborhood (and they went quickly) so we knew he was the right choice. The process of selling our home went so smoothly because of him and his commitment to getting our house sold as soon as possible. Our house sold after one open house weekend, for much more than we could have ever imagined. He priced our house right, and because of doing that, he created tons of interest in our home. He sent out postcards and used social media to help get the word out that our house was on the market. He always made himself available to talk whenever we had any questions throughout the process. Even after we sold our house, he offered to help us move! Now that is going above and beyond! Also, after the final walk through there were things we had forgotten to move out of the basement (some old paint cans and other miscellaneous things) and before I could even get to the house after I got out of work, Jay had already cleared it out and moved our belongings to our garage for easy pick-up and removal. Honestly, theres no other realtor that I know who would do that. So, my point is.. 716 Realty Group is amazing overall and if you are looking to sell your home (and quickly!) pick Jay Herlan as your agent, you definitely wont be disappointed!
