Comment: This is the 4th home that Ive sold and it was the best result of them all -- well over asking price and under agreement within days. I credit Ilisa Crosby for getting me the best offer. She was laser focused. She made my home shine extra special with decluttering, staging, great photographic listing, marketing, and managing public interests. In developing the sale strategy, I was assured by her taking into account other agents opinions. In almost every decision including how to handle the multiple offers, I deferred to her advice which was sensitive to the buyers as well. She took the time to explain everything every step of the way, so we felt comfortable throughout the whole process. She has a great eye for detail, and our home was beautifully staged with her expertise. She was available morning, noon and night whenever we had questions, and we had a lot! We connected so strongly and instantly that I felt like I was searching for homes with a friend - and in the low inventory/high interest rate market we were looking in, I needed the knowledable but easy and relaxing way she approached every aspect of our search. Ilisa was incredibly helpful, positive and ALWAYS responded quickly, often within minutes, even when I didnt need an immediate answer.We started our search looking for co-ops in Bronxville, but her knowledge of the market in general and of Westchester specifically, soon convinced me to look for a house in adjacent towns that would provide our family of five more space, value and comfort. Comment: I dont know where Id be if I hadnt inquired online for 1 of the properties Ilisa was showing two years ago. Probably still looking for an apartment! At the time I didnt have an agent and was in the market for a 1 bedroom in Westchester, thankfully I managed to connect with her through a listing I was interested in. That one didnt work out as the sheer reality of bidding wars set in on me, but she was extremely attentive to my needs and concerns and helped show me multiple different properties that I had interest in. Eventually 1 stood out in White Plains and with her knowledge and expertise I managed to buy my first apartment at the ripe age of 27. I could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and likes to see her clients win and get the best deal possible. She goes the extra mile, even getting me a pie for Thanksgiving on back to back years (not just me but every client). After a positive first meeting, we decided to work with her and she got started that same day, offering suggestions on what we should do to create that vital first impression a buyer wants to experience.Her suggestions were spot on.
