Comment: I don’t even really know where to start. But I’ll tell ya Julie Miller is the absolute best real estate agent out there. She listened to everything we wanted and sent us houses in our price range and with the features we asked for. Our buying process was not easy because of problems with the seller but Julie was on top of it every second of the way. She fought for us through everything. She is still fighting for us even after we purchased our house. The communication from her on what was going on was great. I honestly can’t express how amazing she truly was. 5 stars honestly isn’t enough for her.

We knew Julie worked out of Syracuse and it was a long drive to get to us, but had seen her results and hoped we could get her to work with us. It felt like she was right up the street from us. She came out whenever we needed her and I can’t think of a single time we called, texted or emailed her when she didn’t respond quickly and professionally. The lawyers handling the sale on both ends kept coming up with just one more thing before we could close, Julie never missed a beat working to get everyone on the same page and take charge of everything in her power and went above and beyond at every step of the process. Our only regret is that we didn’t contact her to begin with.

Comment: Around June of this year my boyfriend and I decided to look into maybe buying a house we found a realtor off Zillow the first one never tried to follow up the second one tried to get us to buy a house out of our price range we were about to give up when my niece told me sophear was a realtor and we met up with sophear first thing we did was got to know each other sophear made sure to get to know us and what we liked sophear was amazing and helped Keep our spirits up when we were discouraged from being over bid it took a few months and lots of looking but we found out forever home and we close on the 11th we our so happy and blessed to have had sophear by our side through this adventure I will recommend sophear to anyone I know looking for a house he made buying a house a great experience and he was very efficient and pleasant to work with

Not only did we sell the property in less than a week but I was very pleasantly surprised by the final selling price that turned out to be higher than we were willing to sell for. From that point Keito made everything Very easy for us. Being about to use DocuSign made everything sooo easy.
