Comment: Jason Scarborough its a very attentive agent He showed me a lot of patience and kept me positive, even though it seemed my closing was put off for on an unnecessary amount of time on the sellers end. Through the process Jason always kept me informed and went above and beyond researching any of my questions and got back to me in a very timely manner. My purchase was just a few acres of land and Im sure Jason had bigger purchases that he needed to focus on, but he never made me feel insignificant or put on the back burner. Jason continued to stay in touch with me and check in on me and answer any questions even after his realtor services were complete.I live in Pennsylvania and the property I purchased is in upstate New York, so I really appreciated Jason keeping eyes on while I could only manage things from a distance.I would highly recommend and absolutely go to Jason for all of my reality needs in the future.Thanks again, Jason!

Comment: Prior to going with Jason we had another agent from another company that lacked communication and in two years showed our property very few times . We dropped her and went with Jason. Immediately the communication was impeccable and he got our property re-listed with new and great pictures. He showed our property triple the amount of times in 2 months than our last agent did the whole time!!! It felt like he actually wanted to sell this property for us. My whole family is relieved to have found a great buyer for our property and the deal is done, we closed last month. Jason made it smooth and effortless especially for my father.
