Comment: Brian was very knowledgeable and very helpful and very friendly with helping us get our house, me and my wife would recommend him and the company for finding a house if you ever need to. he did it in a timely matter and answered all of our questions. Brian went above and beyond helping me and my wife and all hours of the day and night and got back with us when he said he would. he even offered services that we didnt even know and he probably didnt even have to tell us. but he offered services for us and he did things for us that helped us get our house again. we would recommend Brian.

Comment: I came up to Warren just to visit my family for the holidays and on a whim I decided to have a look at houses in the area to get ideas for a possible purchase in my future. I was referred to JC Warren, specifically, Brian Haner, through some real estate contacts in Colorado and he was so easy to get ahold of and talk to about my vision for my future. He gave me his most honest and open opinion. At no point did I feel like I was just another commission to him. I was a first time home buyer and wasnt 100% sure what I was doing and he didnt just step in as a helpful realtor but also like a parent looking out for their kid in what can be a very overwhelming and terrifying process. I felt like I was in the best hands from beginning to end....and I even ended up purchasing a home! Hes even checked in on me and the house periodically since moving in.

Once im in a better position, im certainly letting them assist me in my home purchase. Hopefully that day is sooner than later.
