Comment: We recently purchased a home here in Lake Ariel. Jessica Black was instrumental in helping us find and purchase our new home. Her knowledge of the area was amazing. We saw many different houses from Honesdale to Lords Valley. She was very on top of the local regulations and codes plus helped us thread our way through the landscape. There was some negotiation involved with our purchase. She was a cool head as a go between, and helped to hold the deal together. Comment: I cant say enough on how much Jessica Black helped me. Im from Staten Island, N.Y. and I was ready to start looking to buy a vacation home. My co-workers told me to call Chant and at random I called her, she answered, and from the beginning to closing she made it a very, very smooth process!! (BTW, we closed in 1 month). She listened to me, and found me my perfect home. Shes very knowledgeable with P.A., and with areas (which I knew nothing about).
