It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Jess came to my home the following g day, armed with plenty of information on comparable properties to help set a fair price for my home. Jessica Dillenbeck came highly recommended by a longtime high school friend. I worked closely with Jess over the past 9 months to evaluate all the possible options, including the possibility of purchasing a one-floor home for our mother. Jess’s attention to detail, extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, and excellent judgment were instrumental in helping us to make the best decision possible under the circumstances, saving us all from the pain and expense of making a major financial mistake. The optimal decision was to sell the current house and move our mother into a first floor, single floor apartment. Selling the house that was her home for over 50 years and moving her to an apartment was traumatic for her, to say the least.
