Comment: As a long time Real Estate broker myself, I tend to be a little more critical of those in the profession. Not in this case. We hired Jim Pappas and his company to sell our office. This didnt look like an easy one to sell, so we hired Jim for his Commercial expertise, being our office is a nicely renovated barn on 43 acres (not typical) Jims a pleasant guy when you meet him, if you call him he picks up, and just an overall good communicator. I dont know how he found qualified buyers so quickly in need of something like this, but he did.....well worth it!
