I have spoken with Kerri well before 9AM and well after 9PM. She was constantly accessible and answered or advised us on each part of the process. My husband and I met with Kerri and John for information before we believed we were ready to start looking for houses, but wanted more information. My husband and I had a house in mind that was having an open house after our meeting and John made time in his day to meet us there after knowing us for an hour. When he toured the house with us his knowledge of real estate really showed and he pointed things out that never would have come to my mind. Comment: I first contacted Kerri and John in 2020 about a property they represented and although I decided to postpone my search until 2021 I was impressed by their initial level of responsiveness and how personable they were. Because of this, in 2021 when I was ready to resume our house hunt I knew exactly who I wanted to help my husband and I.Kerri and John, helped us to find a house that was right for us. Over about a month and half we looked at many homes, most they recommended but they also showed us homes that we requested to see (most of our choices were terrible, lol)- I like that they were flexible! The process was never rushed and although I was very specific (to the point of being a pain) about budget, neighborhood diversity, schools and distance from NYC they never lost their patience. In fact, they both have a great sense of humor! Kerri and John also recommended mortgage brokers, home inspectors, lawyers- they’re quite resourceful! All in all, buying a house (especially in this current market) was at times daunting, but Kerri and John were valuable allies to have during this process. They remained positive that we’d find the right house. I really felt like they were advising us the way they would a family member- meaning they had our backs, and weren’t going to let us choose the wrong house for the sake of making their commission. For me it’s about integrity, and Kerri and John have just that! They’re also cool/chill people too! 😀
