Comment: Buying a house writes a before and after in a familys life, so it is not an easy decision to make, especially when you dont know anything related to that topic, or if you are an immigrant who you dont speak the language. From the day we met John we realized his good energy, actitude, effectiveness and although only a year after meeting him we were able to begin to materialize our dream. John was always in contact with us, which indicates that he really cares about his clients and wants the best for them. From the beginning he has been a great human being with incredible patience to explain and answer each of our questions in record time, he always has a positive attitude, his knowledge and skills are incredible. Comment: Purchasing/selling real estate for the first time can be a very intimidating experience, unless you have someone that you can trust...From the moment I met John, hes been nothing but educational and insightful (I should also add patient) as I continue pepper him with questions about this industry I know very little about. With raising house prices and minimal inventory coming to market it makes the real estate agents job extremely frustrating.
