Comment: Everyone needs a realtor like Ms JoniRose. She is a consummate professional. Not sure how she does it but she taps into what her clients needs are and she doesnt allow you to settle. I was tired of looking of being outbid, i was ready to throw in the towel, we saw the house and I was like okay lets make an offer. She looked at me and said nope this is not what you want, this is not the house for you we keep looking . She was so correct, I lost steam but she was confident it would work out From listing to sale, from buying to close she is there. In the craziest market, I was selling and purchasing and she thought about things I didnt even realize I needed. She knows the market, she knows the area and she really ensures that her clients are comfortable every step of the way. She is passionate about her clients and really goes out of her way to ensure the best them. I found her when I purchased my first home and I have recommended her to every one I know and when I decided to buy and sell again it was the best and easiest decision I made during the process.
