Comment: The truth is I don’t really post reviews unless I have something bad to say. But I said I would and I’m going to make good on it even tho it’s a year later. I’m still kinda in disbelief that I got in lol… but because of other reviews I saw on google I was kinda skeptical about this company and how they would handle me doing buisness with them. And I can admit that there were a lot of first times involved so I wasn’t sure on many things when it came to using and broker and getting my own apartment being the HOH —- needless to say. They worked with me every step of the way and was also patient with me and my lack of knowledge. I’ve been in my apartment for alittle over a year now and I still feel like I’ve made the right choice.

Comment: Wow what an amazing experience, I never met such nice people who are willing to help you find a place, reviews say they’re unprofessional but it’s not the case!!!!! if your not ready with documents and money it’ll prolong the process and you will miss out on a perfect home. After all you have to QUALIFY !! I was document ready and money ready, QUALIFIED and they found me a beautiful apartment in as little as a week. Everyone there is great ppl especially the broker but for a realtor I was lucky enough to work with MICHAEL ! Such a nice generous professional worker. Highly recommend him if you need a place.

Comment: Our experience with Jose and Michael were superb. They kept finding us apartments to view until we were satisfied with the selection. They were very patient and always available to us by text or phone call, even after work hours. The process was completed within a week after we made our decision and we were able to move into our new apartment. We highly recommend JS real estate for your housing needs.

Comment: I was in contact with Mr. José and his assistant, with whom approximately a month ago my husband and I closed a satisfactory rental management contract, I began the registration process on Friday, October 11 of the current year, on Saturday the 12th, my husband and I went to see a studio apartment, in a building where families and working people, students, live, a quality that brings a lot of peace to the environment, they approved usthe application on Tuesday the 15th, on Wednesday the 16th a brief interview was held, and on Friday the 18th we were already accommodated! I have to say thank you very much for the great service provided.

Comment: Excellent service, very professional,efficient, fast and patient. As long as you have the money they provide the service. This is my first apartment and they walked me through my lease and ways to stay in good standing with my landlord. Free consultation and great service you can’t beat that. I recommend the two Jose’s. They’re the best team a buyer could ask for.

Comment: This was the best experience I have ever had working with a Real Estate Agent. Before meeting these guys I was searching for an apartment for over 2 months. I found them on Google towards the end of my 2 month search; as soon as I called a professional sales person picked up the phone and directed me to the office. Once I arrived they greeted me and showed me about three apartments where I choose one and it only took about 3 days to get approved. I moved in later that week. This was an awesome experience and I would really recommend them to anyone in the future.
