Comment: Before my father passed away, he specifically advised me to use this real estate agency.He had previously met Julia and spoke highly of her agency. I was so pleased that the broker Lena Metelev was assigned to help me and my brother sell his house. My brother and I were not living nearby so we needed someone to clearly explain the process and time-line. Lena was patient, professional and open to any concerns and questions we had. During the entire time it took to get all papers and legal issues resolved, Lena checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable with the progress. She answered her phone immediately even if it interfered with her personal commitments.Lena is a gem and I would use her again if needed.

Annie and her firm managed the entire selling process for us from helping us to identify movers, staging assistance, engineers, contractors, and attorneys to listing, showing and negotiating the contract terms. Their Rolodex of reliable and competent professionals is extensive and without their contacts, it would not have been possible for us to get to the finish line. I felt the Julia Shildkret RE Group was highly knowledgeable about the price at which my house would attract buyers. At first I questioned the asking price in comparison with other houses that were advertised; I found it helpful that very specific reasons were given for the listing price they recommended. Additionally, when multiple bids came in, the Julia Shildkret RE Group actively sought to negotiate the best possible selling price on my behalf. I could not have asked for stronger representation of my interests.BROKER SUPPORT. Her professionalism, knowledge, poise, and thoughtfulness made our process smooth and successful.As first time home buyers relocating back to New York City, Annie was very patient in answering all our questions and worked well within our travel schedule — arranging for multiple (5-6) viewings within one day and being available for the walkthrough and closing on the same day. Throughout the process, she was easily reached by phone, email, and text — always responding promptly. As the process developed, we knew we could always turn to Annie for good and fair recommendation for inspectors, lawyers, contractors, etc, as she has a very wide and well vetted network in Queens and Long Island. Annie is also very honest — she immediately let us know if a property was under contract, had multiple offers, etc. She did not waste our time.Annie sent us listings as well as follow up on listings we sent her. Comment: I had to sell my parents house, this was a difficult task for us, LENA made the process amazing!!.. SHe was thorough , honest, and I only had to be there 2 times... becasue we live in NJ...so time was a factor!!!30 days we had a deposit, and 90 days we closed.
