My wife and I dealt with Vito Rullo and he’s been working on trying to find a house for us since before the pandemic. He was very responsive always picked up when I called and if he didn’t pick up he would call back within 30mins. Vito also was very honest with his opinion about any house that we saw as far as condition and if he would purchase it himself. She took us to see numerous houses and was patient the whole time and helped us to see some of the bad things we didnt notice while also pointing out creative ways to make things our own and envision living in the good houses. She also made the actual purchase process so easy and was on top of all the moving parts that get overwhelming so we never worried what the next step was. Buying a house during covid we expected some hurdles but Karen made everything so easy! It felt more like having a partner on our team then hiring a stranger. 11/10 highly recommend!

Both offers ended up not working out. We were devastated. The next day we had an edible arrangement at our door from Kevin Fortuna just to put a smile on our face. Through this whole process K Fortuna has been right by our side. The owner of the firm Kevin Fortuna has been more than accommodating. He walks us through everything. Is always very responsive when I reach out to him. If for some reason he cannot make it he always sets us up with a great agent in his firm for us to meet with. We havent had a bad experience yet. Comment: Kevin is extraordinarily helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. He truly goes the extra mile. We entered contract on a house that needed renovations, and we live 5 hours away. Kevin took a whole day letting contractors see the place so they could provide bids for us.That deal fell through--due to no fault of Kevins--because the sellers did not resolve liens against the property. Dealing with that seller was incredibly difficult and frustrating, but all throughout, Kevin provided guidance, advocacy, and a listening ear. We often joked that he is our real estate therapist.Kevin is true advocate and dispenser of wise counsel. He is incredibly generous and open-hearted. Working with Kevin is the most fun youll have in real estate.

After a few months of searching, mostly on my own as my agent rarely recommend anything I was very fortunate to be connected to Tyler Chixarro of this agency. I explained to Tyler my needs and wants and within 30 mins he called me with one item. Well as luck and determination by Tyler it worked and I am now enjoying my new Condo. I can honestly say that I very much doubt I would have had the opportunity to even see this place if not for his diligent work. The items I needed were not part of a regular search, he had to print them all and actually read the listing to find this. Which I am very grateful he did.
