The only reason I did not give her 5 stars is she represented both us..the seller as well as the buyer and feel she favored the buyer especially at closing were her communication was minimal. Additionally, in all past home sales the realtor -especially when they are getting the full commission -have always shown their appreciation by a small token thank you gift or even a note. Kim did neither of these things.

And if available, she was always willing to meet us at a house on a whim, including on weekends, with very little notice. But most importantly, she is not overly pushy; she always listened to us and had our best interests in mind. And I never got the sense she just wanted a sale; the focus was always on what made the most sense for us. She is also super easy to talk to and has no ego. Comment: We were referred to Kim K by my son (who purchased two houses with Kim). The first time my husband I met her we felt very comfortable and safe. We fell in love with this house the second week in September, made our offer, Kim worked very hard to secure and negotiate fairly a competitive price with the sellers and was able to successfully get the sellers to agree. That was on September 15th. Within two months (November 15th) we closed on the house. During this two-month period, Kim walked us through every step of the way. We had lots of questions, concerns, and a lot of fear. Kim always called us back immediately to calm our nerves.
