Perhaps the best part was that she willingly took it upon herself to educate me about the entire process of buying a house. She happily answered all of my questions - and I ask a lot of questions. I think that one of Kims best points is that her interest in her clients homes continues well after the deal is closed. I have regularly consulted with her regarding renovations and other house improvements. My parter and I worked with her to buy our first home during the covid-19 pandemic while the Kingston market was going wild, and she helped us find and purchase our dream home! She is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and detail oriented, very responsive in her communication, quick to provide information and book house showings, intelligent in her approach, and she’s also a really nice genuine person who will do everything she can for you as her client.
