Comment: Kim asked me to review her, and since she found me the perfect home I think I owe her at least that much.Kim is absolutely wonderful to work with. I started house hunting with her before the pandemic and when the pandemic hit I put my homeownership goals on the back burner.When I called Kim after spotting a few houses online back in November I was surprised not only that she remembered me, but that she still remembered exactly what sort of home I was looking for. Not only did Kim immediately make the time to take me out to see the properties I had found but she also recommended I go tour a few others that were on the market in my price range.I instantly fell in love with one of the houses Kim took me to see and Kim helped me put in a competitive offer. Once my offer was accepted, Kim helped me through the loan application process, the inspection process, and made sure to check in with me frequently to ensure I actually understood the documents and paperwork I was being asked to sign.As a first time homebuyer with a busy work life, I was genuinely worried when I started the home buying process that I would be overwhelmed and confused, and I very easily could have been. Thankfully, Kim never would have let the process overwhelm me.From the first home tour to the day of closing, Kim was nothing but a delight to work with. I cannot recommend her enough.

Comment: We found Kim by chance after requesting a viewing on a home. While the initial house wasn’t a fit for us, she was, and was happy to work with us. Kim was timely, thorough, knowledgeable. Never once did I feel like I was dealing with a salesperson as she offered very unbiased and thoughtful feedback on all the properties we viewed. Kim took time to send along properties of interest to us as well as set up viewing for ones we found ourselves. Whenever we had questions or concerns she was quick to communicate with the seller and buyer of our old home. I felt very seen when communicating my desires for the new home, which was important as we aimed to find a suitable house on a suitable property, which isn’t always. In the end we are very happy with our new home, were able to sell our starter home for a great price and would use Kim again in a heartbeat. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy real estate.

Comment: Kim is the best realtor ever and I mean that sincerely!!!! She got my house sold in a week and handled everything down to the last detail. What was impressive is that I did not live in the area so I figured it would take a lot of back/forth to get the house sold and also require a trip back to take care of a few things but in the end thanks to Kim, that was not necessary.
