They helped me right away on the spot and helped me secure a contract!!Personally, I was very lucky to find a house at a much more reasonable price than I expected and of much better quality than I expected, but I felt first-hand that these units are really difficult to find without the help of a broker.When I arrived in this place where I didnt know anyone, it was so encouraging to have someone come to my house and welcome me on the day I moved in!In New York, each neighborhood has a different feel and there are many dangerous areas, so if you are looking for a house nearby, I strongly recommend renting with KORINY, which has a lot of data and units!Thank you Agent Sara Kim for your help!!

Comment: I was very interested in real estate investment, but I wasnt financially prepared, so I think I only inquired a few times haha. Even though they offered expert advice, I wasnt mentally prepared, so I kept avoiding it. Every time I asked a question, the counselor always answered in detail, which helped me a lot and prepared me to some extent. I contacted them and received expert advice. I decided on my own what kind of condo I wanted to buy by looking at listings on Korini and YouTube. I was debating between Manhattan and Long City, but I heard Long City is on the rise these days, so I was able to go with that as it was available within my budget.
