Comment: I strongly recommend working with Josue and his team! In fact, I cannot recommend him more highly! This is the second time I have bought an apartment in NYC (although first time with Josue and team) and never knew that buying an apartment in NYC could be pleasant and actually fun and not stressful. Josue quickly understood what we were looking for and showed us apartments that fit our family, and then walked us through the entire process from bidding through the closing, which he made sure to attend. He was extremely responsive (responding to my texts at all hours of the evening), took videos of apartments when I was remote while facetiming me, was extremely honest about his assessments, gave excellent sage advice, and made sure to communicate all relevant info to me during a process that can sometimes feel opaque where you really need someone who is trustworthy and honest. I dont think you could find a more solid, professional, honest, trustworthy, reliable person to work with. Importantly, Josue knows how to execute and close the loop. I have worked with many real estate agents in my lifetime and can say hands down that Josue is the best and is simply amazing!

He is thoughtful and engaged with his clients and makes sure to match the needs of his clients with the property he places them with. I have worked with him as a landlord. I have known him to be direct and honest and to keep expectations real so that there are no surprises for either parties...the tenants or landlords. At one point, I too was a tenant in NYC and had to use a broker to find my first place. Today as a landlord renting two apartments in my 3-family home in NYC, I understand what tenants go through when they move to NYC. I am sensitive to it as not long ago, I was in that position. I want to be fair as a landlord and I find that ethic in Whitney. I trust Whitney and have gone back to him over the years.
