I cant say I know much about real estate and I have no other real estate agents to compare her to but I found her very easy to work with, professional. She was very quick to return my calls and answered just about every question I had. She saved me $4,500 off the asking price. She did disclose that she was taking a personal 1 week vacation (this was scheduled prior to working with me). Even when she was on vacation she set me up with a contact person at the team at Hammond that was able to answer all of my questions. I felt I was in good hands the whole time. Tasha Silva worked SO hard - many times we thought a deal was going to fall through on our dream house, and she kept coming up with creative solution after creative solution. She was also very patient, and thoroughly answered all my questions even though I knew many she had already answered before. The process can be overwhelming, and we felt cared for and grew to have complete trust in Tasha. She is also clearly well-liked by other realtors and lenders in the area, which is so important! Tasha was responsive, kind, professional, funny, and went above and beyond in every way. After we closed, she even offered to loan us an air mattress if we didnt have one! She stayed by our side through a complicated escrow agreement for months after as well--truly our lifeline! I cant recommend her highly enough. Initially coming off as a salesman (not a bad thing), he made such a strong first impression in his professionalism that we contacted him to see if he would help us buy. He is a hard worker. My wife and I worked with him for 7 months straight, during which we looked at homes and then eventually built our dream home. He helped us duke it out with that feisty builder! He was always there when we needed him. He was always responsive. This is even more telling of his character when I know he had at least 10 other clients he was working with. Comment: Bought a house from Kase Long here. I’m retired military and have moved 14 times. Kase was the best Agent I’ve ever had. Never had such attention to detail and incredible communication from an Agent like Kase. We got into a three-way bid for the house we wanted. We won that fight because of Kase, and within 24 hours too. He even assisted in the mortgage piece even though it’s not his lane. I felt like I had a relative that was an Agent helping me buy a house. I know this sounds like a commercial, but I was that impressed. And no, I have no relation or connection to KW or Kase Long. At least not before I hit the jackpot by taking a friend’s recommendation and went with KW.
