Comment: Lambrou has been the absolute best - they were always SO NICE and super quick to fix any problems. Whenever I needed anything, theyd have it resolved within a few days. Lightbulbs replaced, AC filter needing to be cleaned, kitchen drawer needing to be tightened, bug exterminator, etc. They were really on top of it. Especially during the winter time, all the parking lots would be cleared early in the morning and sidewalks salted. They also offered insomnia cookies to their tenants a few times which was really awesome. I rented for them two years in a row, and I would definitely say theyre the best landlords in all of collegetown.

Comment: From my time renting an apartment from the Lambrou’s, I can honestly say that this was easily my best experience with landlords I have ever had. From quick lead time on maintenance issues to clean spaces within the entire building. This is a group who truly cares about their tenants and their experience while living in their properties. If I had to do college all over again, I would have rented from them my entire college career. Thanks Nick and Costa for an awesome experience and I hope that if anyone needs a place in Collegetown, they choose you guys because you’re at the top across every category compared to the other available options!

Comment: I rented an apartment from Lambrou Real Estate for two years and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Nick, Costa, and the rest of the staff were always kind, reliable, and very responsive. The common areas of the building I lived in (320 Dryden) were well kept and the maintenance crew was quick to fix any issues that arose in my apartment. I would highly recommend Lambrou to anyone looking to rent property in Collegetown – they are great people and will do all they can to make sure their tenants are satisfied.

Comment: This is the best landlord in Ithaca. Parents of Cornell students, if you are reading this do not hesitate to rent from this landlord. I have lived in a Lambrou apartment for two years, and I have only had pleasant experiences. Nick, Costa, and the rest of the office are always friendly. Anytime i had a question, concern, or maintenance request it was handled quickly and professionally. I cannot recommend this landlord enough.

Comment: 11 of us rented a house from Lambrou for the 2017-2018 school year. The Lambrou team was very courteous, respectful, and responsive. There were a few incidents that happened throughout the year at our house and they were very understanding and would get things taken care of in a timely manner. Halfway through our lease the washing machine wasn’t working properly and Nick bought a brand-new machine within a few days. They were very straight forward when it came to dealing with security deposit returns and end of year assessments. I’ve dealt with other Ithaca landlords who have made that process very difficult. Nick sat down with me multiple times to explain how the end of lease process worked and showed me details from prior year returns. Even before we moved in Nick was very helpful with understanding the lease and getting all the paperwork taken care of. Overall, we had a great experience working with the Lambrou team and would recommend leasing with Nick, Costa, and Debbie!

Comment: Lambrou Real Estate, as it relates to me and my family, is our 1st collegetown rental agency. My daughter, without my assistance, partnered with her friends to rent a home for their 2018/2019 year in college. Knowing topical Collegetown housing, I knew not to expect much. The house lived up to my expectations. But it was a perfect location for my daughter (she wanted to be there). And as expected, there were issues. Some needed to be addressed immediately, others not so urgent. This is where open and honest communication with the realtor is a make or break experience... let’s face it, our daughters are our hearts!Nick Lambrou of Lambrou Real Estate, form day 1 of our communication process was true to his word. We, met discussed the issues, prioritized the items and got commitment on resolution and date(s). Priorities...and more, were met the very next day.Cudos to Nick, his staff and to Lanmbrou Real Estate!I can sleep (3,000 miles away) knowing my daughter and her friends have all they need to have a save and productive year in college. Further, Nick has committed full support should anything pop up with the house in the future.Thanks Nick

Comment: After renting from LRE for 2 years I can honestly say I have absolutely no complaints! The staff is welcoming, friendly, and understanding and anytime I had any questions or concerns Nick was always very responsive and helpful. The common areas were always well-kempt and clean and the maintenance crew went above and beyond to resolve any issues. There is a gym in the building which is rare for college town and greatly appreciated during the long winter. My friends and I were genuinely sad to leave the place after graduation!
