Comment: This is the only realtor you will ever need. There are not enough stars in the sky to rate this man & his team and what they were able to accomplish for my parents. My parents home was a swan in a duckpond so to speak, and this made it difficult to sell. It had been on and off the market with different brokerages for several, several years. With Kevin their home sold and at market value, and he negotiated the purchase of their next home for them despite multiple buyers competing for it. Not to mention, he went to great lengths to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Like another reviewer said, it was like a friend guiding you. You will not have to chase this crew, they work hard for you. Truly a professional team. Dont waste your time with the faces you see posted at the bus stops.
