Comment: If you want to buy or sell a home or apartment, look no further than the Legaz Team of David and Nancy Legaz at Keller Williams. My family has known them for years. They found our last house for us and got a renter for our second house until we were able to move into it. Now 18 years later, they have sold (after only one open house) the house we are living in (Whitestone) and found us a gorgeous house on Long Island (Melville) just perfect for our family. Not only that but they have recommended a perfect real estate lawyer and movers to aid us in the relocation. They treat us like family and we feel we are family. We sold our parents home in Bayside that had been in the family for over 60 years. You can imagine the complexity and family emotions that went into the home sale. The team at Keller Williams treated us with respect, sincerity, patience, and a true knowledge of the real estate market. When problems may have developed at the house, there were times they truly went above and beyond anything I would have expected of a realtor. They were proactive in their sales strategies (multiple Open Houses while the house was on the market) and they used state-of-the-art digital and social media platforms to market and sell the house.
