He is a smart, seasoned attorney and takes considerable time to read through the documents of the transaction providing you with the key points of the transaction explaining them in a facile manner. He will defend points he believes are crucial to the transaction to ensure his clients interests are maintained. Once a transaction is closed if there is still a lingering item he will to continue to follow up even if there is no further monetary benefit for his part.
