Comment: I first heard of Lindas Team through a recommendation from word of mouth. I cold called her and she was very receptive to looking at the unfinished home I wanted to put on the market. She was able to see past where my home needed some finishing up work and signed me as my property renovations were being completed in the following two weeks. I was very eager to sell my home quickly and Linda and Sara gave some great suggestions to make the property more appealing. I was able to easily communicate with her whole team, from me sending updates, Linda and Sara letting me know about particular sale regulations in my Village, or requests from the buyers. They really kept me in the loop; from getting the house on the market (quickly), to scheduling showings and accepting an offer and completing the sale. I was in a panic mode and cold e-mailing agents urgently regarding a house I wanted to see ASAP and Jenny from the LFT got back to me within minutes and walked me through not only the logistics of looking at the house but also gave me a very detailed explanation of the specific area I was looking at and the neighborhood and the real estate landscape there at the time. She booked me a viewing for the property (my DREAM HOUSE) for the very next day and her and Linda helped me put in an offer that was accepted within 24 hours of me reaching out to the team. She always reached the second she heard of new properties and would get us out to see them. I loved how she shared her knowledge but also gave us the space to explore each property on our own. She was calm and patient with us even as our 3 children would run around! It was an incredibly competitive market and we lost one home in an aggressive bidding war, but in the end (thanks to Linda) we got an even better home that is perfect.My only wish was that Linda could have been the agent as we were selling our apartment. Linda is truly one of a kind and all the other people she has connected us to (lawyer, home insurance broker, etc.) recognize that she stands out as a honest, entrepreneurial, kind, savvy and expert agent.
