Comment: Lisa was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Buying a house is a very personal and important decision in life. Lisa made this process seamless and even fun. From standing on lines in the freezing cold with her all winter and the constant increasing interest rates the process was not exactly the easiest at this time. She never pressured us and always had our best interest at heart. She even deterred me away from houses I felt I should consider out of desperateness. She reminded us constantly that the right one would feel right and come along. I felt safe the entire process, she even guided us once we did finally fine the one to work with people who were efficient, good and capable of their jobs to finish the closing process. After over a year long search and at times even thinking she would quit on us, she kept us encouraged and we found the one! In her home research she makes sure to check off all or most of items on your wish list. Lisa also Responds to calls, emails and text Messages on the same day. My home tours were very informative because she makes sure that you’re informed about all the details. I learned about cesspools, different types of homes, central AC, floor types, electricity and many more. She ensures you’re making a safe investment and that you’re informed throughout the process. Not only did she communicate with me and the client 24/7 but she went out of her way to track down surveys, go to the town to close out permits hand delivered contracts and would follow up with all parties on the transaction. She was a main driving force that got the loan done extremely quick. Not to mention she negotiated a great price on the house for my client and he closed having more than 70K in equity post closing. Without any reservations or benefit to her, she answered all of our questions and helped us work through that deal like a true partner. Very quickly we developed a strong and trustworthy relationship with her. When that deal didnt work out she patiently listened to us to understand what it was that we were seeking from our new home. She showed us different types of houses so that we could develop a clearer picture of what we truly wanted. She never pushed us to see a property or put in an offer. She always supported us and gave us that nudge of confidence, when we were nervous. We always felt that she was truly on our side, with our best interest at heart.When we finally found the house we wanted to pursue, she brainstormed the offer process with us. Comment: Lisa is amazing!!! She is very professional and easy going. She also seems to know all there is to know about purchasing a home. I actually got a small state grant towards the purchase of my home which made the process of buying the home complicated to say the least but Lisa navigated me through the whole process with ease! She always picks up the phone when I call or gets back to me quickly. I never felt any pressure to put an offer in on anything, her only concern was if the house was right for me or not. Lisa is just one of those genuinely caring people that you just don’t find anymore . She also has a whole network of home inspectors, financial institutions, insurance people, lawyers, contractors which makes the whole process very easy.
