Comment: I can highly recommend Ivan and Luxury Apartments LIC. Everyone went above and beyond what I expected a real estate company would do! My neighbors commented that the photos taken were better than what they got with their realtors. My buyer posed several challenges along the way - to reduce costs - but Ivan was able to guide me and speak with the buyer on my behalf. The closing went without a hitch! Vlad showed us 7-8 apartments on a sunny Friday afternoon and they were all lovely, well maintained and (most importantly) within our budget. As a somewhat shy and indecisive person, I also appreciated that when a property manager tried to get us to apply for one on the spot, Vlad stepped in and said that instead we would think about it and get back to them. Vlad allowed us to make our decision on our time and was super laidback and helpful.After we toured apartments, we found a beautiful waterfront apartment (we literally saw a boat zooming by through the window when we visited!) and applied later the same day. We were approved the next morning and signed the lease 2 days later, 3 days after we toured apartments with Vlad. The whole process was quick, smooth and stress-free because Vlad picked out great places for us and found places that were offering concessions (like 2 months free on a 12-month lease.)Another thing that was pretty amazing was that Vlad and Ivan got us 3 months free on our 24-month lease! We got a great deal on an amazing waterfront apartment with all the amenities we wanted thanks to Vlad and Ivan. They were so professional, laidback and responsive to our questions every step of the way. Working with Vlad and Ivan the process was much smoother (and faster!) than we expected and we‘ve never been this excited about an apartment before! Comment: I had the pleasure of working with Ivan Palov recently and I must say he truly exceeded our expectations! Upon meeting us he was so positive, patient, and professional- he was genuinely enthusiastic about helping us find a home. He clearly explained to us what the rental requirements would be and gave us an honest opinion of what were looking at.As a side note I should add that we did speak with a few other brokers but even over the phone they didnt seem very knowledgeable or experienced in that particular area and we got a sense they may be a bit fishy. From the moment when we got Ivan on the phone we felt we could trust him - something tough to say for the majority of NYC brokers. He not only knows LIC, he lives and breathes it.We saw 5 apartments with him and he was great about listening to us and getting our input in consideration. He only showed us apartments we were interested in and all of them were good matches. We found the perfect one in 2 days and because of Ivans excellent follow-through we were prepared with our paperwork. We applied and luckily were approved quickly. All in all, I cant recommend him enough- hes so knowledgeable, funny, and professional: it doesnt get better than that!

Comment: This review is for Ivan Palov with Luxury Apartments LIC.I have moved in the last 5 years 3 times and I really really hate brokers. From misleading ads, lack of manners, outright lies to enormous fees and shady business operations, there was nothing positive that I can remember from my experience with brokers so far.However, finding an apartment without a broker in New York is almost impossible. I reached out to Ivan after I saw a listing he posted online and actually after checking him out on Yelp.All his reviews were so good, that it even looked a little suspicious to me.Anyway, after I wrote to him he LITERALLY responded in 20 seconds asking about my maximum budget, move-in date, and availability to see the place. I responded adequately and we arranged a viewing of a place with an agreement that he will show me other comparable units in the area as well.So he did. He took me on a tour and showed me 6 buildings (with more than one apt in some of them) in about 1 and a half hour. I cant emphasize how blatantly honest he was about EVERY SINGLE thing I asked him, regardless dumb or valid. He answers straight away and his answers were not what I always wanted to hear but they were the absolute truth, and I highly appreciated that.What impressed me the most is that everyone in the buildings we visited knew him and greeted him with a smile. He has excellent relations with management (at least at locations he showed me). Ivan is very friendly and easy to like, serious about his business, fast in responding, hard-working and has well-established connections with management (which is very important).I am a hard reviewer but I will gladly and happily give him 5 stars. Comment: We contacted Ivan to find an apartment in Long Island city on December 2019. Ivans response were extremely fast.He paired us with Vlad, one of the agents in the company. The whole process went extremely well. Both Vlad and Ivan were extremely responsive and were listening to our requirements and impressions when visiting apartments, adapting as we were visiting the places (as our expectations and priorities were initially not that well defined and probably not completely typical). Vlad organized everything very efficiently, and we were able to see a lot of places very quickly (in half a day) and found our perfect spot in long island city. Vlad also helped us to negotiate before signing the lease.I recommend them very highly!

Comment: Ive had a very positive experience with Ivan and Pavla. Their approach is more personalized than that of other brokers Ive worked with before, and I felt that I was treated as a human being. Pavla was eager to share useful info about the neighborhoods we were visiting - like the location of shops, parks etc, the communication was very good - they quickly responded to my text messages and questions, and Ivan also was very pro-active in negotiating certain lease conditions with the building to accommodate my needs. Although a lot of the buildings they show you can see by yourself, without an external broker, it takes time to find such buildings online, to search for units within your price range and then to schedule individual appointments. I felt that this companys service has an added value as they presented me with a range of options matching my requirements in different buildings and we were able to see a few of them in one day.
