Erik was the first name on her list, and she knows everyone.Our experience with Erik from the first meeting made my wife and I very comfortable. The best way to describe that meeting as well as our entire selling experience was our feeling that Erik was honest, ethical, knowledgeable and confident. Namely an 8 acre 1830 farm that is on the National Register of Historic Places, with a conservation easement preventing any change to the façade of the buildings and requiring that the adjacent fields be kept as is, not developed. He was very good on strategy, and went beyond the call of duty, given that it was an estate with all relatives remote.
