Comment: I had a wonderful experience with Jodi Gold as my sellers agent and she wound up being a dual agent representing the buyer as well and she was fair and transparent to both sides throughout the process. She helped sell a difficult property due to it being a co-op. She constantly communicated with the co-op management to get the necessary documents in order to get this transaction closed. She made herself available in the evenings, weekends and throughout the weekday along with keeping me updated along the way with what was going on with her showings of the property and open houses. In a panic and a whirlwind of devastation, I hired the first realtor I could find--a mistake I would quickly come to regret. Even more impressive in person, we discussed strategy, pricing, approach, targeted marketing and social media. As soon as my current arrangement expired, I hired him immediately and we began. Anthony was at the house with a film crew, videographer and drone operator. Pictures and video was posted within hours and Anthony already had showings within the first few days. As we started getting offers, I saw Anthony really shine as his negotiating skills were on another level. 6 days in, and we had an accepted offer. I was very pleased but strangely slightly disappointed as I was enjoying watching him do his thing so much!The next few weeks were a rapid succession of the necessary steps after an offer is accepted--inspection, appraisal, title search, etc. Anthony was on top of every single one of these--even more so then the lawyers and banks involved1 He was my complete funnel of information and he held my hand throughout the entire process. When one final curveball was thrown at the closing table, Anthony once again took charge to get it done--he got in his car to drive 45 mins from Bklyn to Staten Island and back to fix the issue.Anthony has raised the bar for all real estate agents. Comment: Before you look for any other realtor, just deal with Richard Nichilo from the Franzese Group and all will be well ! My sister and I originally listed our house for sale with another broker. Deep down, I knew what the fair market price was for the home, but we were getting ridiculously high and low suggestions. When we went with Rich, he told us what we could reasonably expect for the home, which was inline with what I thought the house was worth, and after making the necessary adjustments, we started to have interest in the house. Rich went above and beyond (I realize most people say above and beyond, but in this case, he really did) what was required to sell the home. If you want to deal with someone with integrity, honesty and honor, then work with Rich. My only regret in finally selling the home is that I wont have the honor of interacting with someone whom I feel is one of the most straight-up persons Ive ever met.

Comment: Joanne Pergolizzi - a very friendly, warm and helpful realtor. I would recommend her. She had worked with me on multiple deals and finally lead to the closing of my current home. She had always reached out for me whenever she has new listings that might be suitable for me. There are so many realtors in Brooklyn, so finding a good one is like a needle in a hay stack. My husband and I were looking to purchase a home for over a year. Literally every single person we worked with before Matt, either showed us places that were no where near what we wanted and would lose interest after the first showing, or would take a month before they would call us back. I actually contacted one realtor in November 2014 and they got back to me in August, after we already closed on our house. Ralphs professionalism and sense of humor made looking for a home a pleasant experience, a rarity here in Brooklyn. He listened to our needs as a family and was helpful and honest throughout the entire process. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, so he knows the neighborhoods we were looking in like tha back of his hand and was able to give us a lot of information we wouldnt have known otherwise.As a side note, I had to look at properties with my 2 kids in tow, which is not always a fun experience, but my younger son bonded with Ralph as they both have the same favorite hockey player, so they were always excited to see him and go on the hunt for houses.

He was very proactive about every aspect of the process, and was always well prepared. Jerry offered great advice and insight. Jerry made sure that I was getting the maximum amount for the apartment. My mother inlaw had met him long before the decision was made to sell the house and she knew when the time came she would call him. In her final days, one of her last requests was that I call Andrew. And so I did......I told him the story, he remembered her and was touched by it all. From that day on, he was always there when I had a question, or a favor to ask of him. Started from Anthony working on helping selling my parents house while he was an agent and he did sell my parents house. He truly did an awesome job on selling my parents house that we created a friendship and he told me to go get my real estate license. As I got my license in 2006, he opened his own office in 2007 where he created Weichert Realtors- The Franzese Group. I started part time and after a few deals, I became a full time agent to now becoming an associate broker with him. He truly became an awesome mentor and an unbelievable broker.
