I searched up some apartments on google, and we found a beautiful place that we wanted to explore. Monty’s phone number was on the page, we gave him a call, and Monty immediately reached out.He was kind, personable, but most importantly professional. He asked us what we value during this process and listened to any commentary we wanted to include pertaining to our search. Both of them are indeed professional. ❤Im usually too lazy to write any review but I think they really deserve the effort :)It has been a magical experience for me and my roommate when we were trying to find an apartment.The beginning: Andre and Jason saved us from nearly falling for an agent who was doing fake listing and asked much higher rent price from us for the exact same building. We were so lack of experience and didnt realize that at all.The Process: They were super friendly and patient throughout the process, and provided many useful tips to us even when they knew we were leaning towards another agents apartment. Fate led us back to this one and we are both pretty happy about it now that a week has passed since we moved in!The Ending: When we went to sign the lease in MRGs office we got to meet Andre and Jasons collegues and they are very nice too. They gave us some swags and my roommate really love the super big mug -- it is used as a plant pot in our living room now 🤣.The apartment building doesnt provide microwave but Andre ordered one for us when we moved in!! Very grateful.People like them really deserve to be successful. Best wishes to MRG! Though I hate the idea of moving so much right now😣, I think maybe we can work together again in the future :)

Comment: I was on Zillow and tired of looking for apartments, and I sent a request at 9:30 PM for the apartment that we are now in, and received a response from Jason Polanco in no more than 10 mins--on a Saturday night. We were able to schedule a viewing for the following day, and once we stepped foot into the apartment, my girlfriend and I fell in love! Jason was extremely professional and courteous of our time, and responded very fast to our inquires and concerns. I even wanted to view an additional apartment--the one we decided to go with--and I couldnt make it to the building in time, and Jason sent me a virtual tour of the apartment, and I found that to be extremely helpful. I would definitely refer and recommend Jason to anyone whos looking.
