She helped us find out first home in Levittown, NY and was super patient throughout the whole ordeal, even through waiting one-hour per house outside during the pandemic. She was prepared, detail-oriented, and humble. She was also highly responsive, listens to what you really want, and did not push us in our decision making. High recommended! 💯💯

Comment: My husband and I recently had a great experience working with Ran Dan and her team while house hunting in Queens. As you may already know, the NYC area real estate market can be very competitive. Ran Dan worked tirelessly to make sure we saw quality houses within our budget as she guided us through the entire process from making an offer to closing. It was a very smooth process, and she definitely makes herself available to answer your question. As first time buyers, we are really glad to have had Ran Dan on our team. We found our forever home and hopefully wont have to move anytime soon but would definitely work with Ran Dan again as soon as we are in the market again for an investment property!

They are very knowledgeable about up-to-date market conditions, advertised the listing extensively, and sold it in about 2 weeks for above asking price. Throughout the whole process they were always available and responsive to our many questions and needs.
