Comment: Ran Dan represented us with the sale of our Aunts home in Queens. She recommended an attorney that we are extremely happy with. She helped us find out first home in Levittown, NY and was super patient throughout the whole ordeal, even through waiting one-hour per house outside during the pandemic. Comment: My husband and I recently had a great experience working with Ran Dan and her team while house hunting in Queens. As you may already know, the NYC area real estate market can be very competitive. Ran Dan worked tirelessly to make sure we saw quality houses within our budget as she guided us through the entire process from making an offer to closing. It was a very smooth process, and she definitely makes herself available to answer your question. As first time buyers, we are really glad to have had Ran Dan on our team. We found our forever home and hopefully wont have to move anytime soon but would definitely work with Ran Dan again as soon as we are in the market again for an investment property!
