We were looking to buy a new home while having a contingency, which we felt like was impossible given the Staten Island Real Estate Market. My agent Racquel Comello was phenomenal, she was able to do things other real estate agents told us would be out of reach. She helped us negotiate the price of our dream home for under asking price (while having a contingency of the sale of our house). In one week she was able to help us get well over the amount of our asking price. She helped organize many private showings and 1 day open house which saw over 30 separate showings. Great communication throughout, always responded to our questions no matter how big or small they were. Inspection, appraisal, and closing were all very smooth.
