Marvin and his team were able to create renderings and market the property in a fashion that garnered strong interest. We obtained 5 offers, one of which was at ask. The first deal fell through, while some brokers may rush to lower the price due to a slowing economy, Marvin instead approached the second highest bidder and obtain a near ask offer.
