As a first time homebuyer, I was very nervous and had so many questions. Jay was very patient, diligent and professional and worked with me on any matters that I brought up to him. Comment: Purchased our place in 2019 where Lean Pizante was the seller agent. Our experience from the beginning was very pleasant…everything went very smooth…. he and his colleague were very collaborative and responsive on text or call. Didn’t feel any push one way or another…didn’t feel the need to watch out for anyone to pull a fast one on us (unlike what you generally hear about the industry) …we worked out through the details and concerns pretty well and in a very short time. I am not an experienced home buyer (like most people) but I feel in this one experience that we had everything went as we hoped.

He went the extra mile for us in every way, including spending a substantial amount of his own money to get the house ready for sale. He was extremely helpful and made it much easier for me as the Executor living in Florida. He had many open houses & worked overtime in spite of delays that were beyond all our control. He kept me well informed through the entire process until it was sold. I highly recommend him as a trustworthy, honest agent! You cannot go wrong using him or his agency!

Comment: Ran Aldubi from Massada showed me a number of homes in Bedford-Stuyvesant and facilitated my purchase of one.Massada acts as an exclusive agent for a group of investors that rehab and sell properties in up-and-coming neighborhoods like Bed-Stuy. A co-worker recommended Ran, and I reached out to him letting him know roughly what I was looking for. He quickly arranged tours of a variety of properties that Massada had for sale that fit those parameters, several of which neatly filled the bill.He followed up afterward shortly to gauge my interest, and when I expressed such in one of the properties, worked with me to finalize the deal. There was high pressure to close the sale, though I suspect that thats typical in NY real estate.The quality of the rehab work was good and the sellers that Massada works with were quick to correct the other deficiencies that my home inspector found. The only complaint I have here is that the property came wired for cable and networking, but the wiring was run from jack to jack rather than to a central point (didnt conform to EIA/TIA-570, if youre a wiring person), which made it questionable for cable and non-usable for networking. On the other hand, they went above and beyond with providing appliances and fixtures, so Im still happy (and Ive recommended a wiring pro they can consult with to avoid this goof on future buildings).Im now the owner of a house that Im quite happy with thanks to Massada and Ran.
