Comment: Sal Carillo was who helped myself and my girlfriend find our new apartment. This is why I would recommend Sal and the impact he made.-Sal coordinated the unit I had originally wanted to see but also showed me some other units that could have worked based off my criteria. I ended up going with the one he recommended, he nailed it. We have been searching for weeks.- He walked us through the process and communicated the entire time. We have lived in NYC at a different apartment before but it seems every process always has their nuances. Sal was hands on with an ownership type of attitude throughout everything.10/10 service and knowledge of the FiDi area, building, unit types, and all the small details that seperate out a typical agent from the great ones.
