Comment: First off let me start by saying I had dealt with other realtors in attempt to sell my home over the past year none of which I felt comfortable with, upon getting in contact with Mirna Chinchilla with MC Homes Danbury CT I was not sure what to expect from this realtor. On our first meeting Miss Chinchilla was punctual and well prepared. Although I did not decide on that moment to list with Mirna, she continued staying in touch and after 6 months I was ready to hire Miss Chinchilla as my listing agent. I always knew that she truly cared about getting me a house that fit all of my familys needs and get me top dollar for my home. I never felt rushed or pressured with Mirna which was a feeling I had with other Realtors. She was always prompt with answering all of my questions whether I felt it was silly or not asking them. It took about 3 months to closed on my home and to find the one and I couldnt be happier. Because negotiated the buying side and got me top dollar for my home. I give 10 stars to Miss Chinchilla.
