He advised us as to an accurate listing price which was even higher than we had estimated. He arranged for a stellar video and still shots that made our home details really stand out to drive buyer interest. He advised us as to which of the multiple offers were in our best interest. And he coached us through financing and closing processes with assurance. We are not new to the process of buying and selling property, having done it several times over the years. Comment: Every day begins with DAWN, however my Dawn was available 24 hours a day to answer any concerns often proactively knowing what was about to occur. Having an agent who makes you feel that you are a part of her family is reassuring and comforting. Her assistant Meg was always reaching out to alert me to items needed for the application and sharing the process and progress of our real estate transaction. Many times her team was deployed to fix an issue or her many contacts of contractors were readily available to my needs. Comment: In the New York metro area, lawyers drive the transaction from contract, inspections, vendors, contractors and closing. Upstate, however, brokers play a much larger role. Comment: I had the pleasure of seeing Dawn in action when I was helping a neighbor who had to list their home after they had already relocated. Dawn’s attention to detail is impeccable. She oversaw the renovation of the home (paint, carpet etc) on behalf of my neighbor who was out of town. Right before they were ready to list, there were some unexpected items that needed to be addressed and within minutes she had the right people on the phone to address the situation and took care of it quickly. The home sold for $12,100 over asking price with multiple offers and was only on the market for 3 days! Her positivity is contagious.
