He truly takes into consideration every thing that you want, you like, and is probable for your current situation and makes it happen for you. Michael found me one of the best hidden gems on the market and I am so happy about it. I couldnt have done it without him.As someone who was living in Chicago, but trying to find a place to live in NYC for the upcoming month, Michael did all of the work to make tours happen on the short few days I was flying into NY. We connected with him on Facebook but never interacted in any meaningful way. Fast forward to 2022, when we decided to move to NYC, a city we have visited several times but never lived in. We did not have a realtor so we contacted Michael.Michael was extremely effective and knowledgeable. He encouraged us to visit as many neighbourhoods as possible to get a feel for where we might want to live. He worked with us to define the must-haves and then arranged numerous viewings of different property types so we could understand the market. Because we were flying in for brief house hunting trips, Michael graciously drove us around so we could maximise viewing time. He was flexible when our timetable changed. He was generous with his time in answering our multitude of questions. Comment: My husband and I met Michael Bhagwandin through a friend and found out he was a New York real estate agent. We had dreamed of moving to Manhattan, but didn’t think we’d be able to afford a place where we would be comfortable. Michael promised us this was not the case and two weeks later, we found our dream home in a gorgeous luxury building in our budget!Michael was wonderful to work with as he is extremely knowledgeable about NYC real estate and the process of buying a property here. Comment: My daughter, Oksana is a college student in New York City, and at the last minute her housing fell through. I travelled from Boston down to NYC to help her find a studio 5 days before classes were supposed to start, and encountered the New York rental system at work. We put in requests to see apartments and never heard from the listing brokers; we put in an extensive application on one rental only to have the landlord raise the rent by $400. A friend recommended Michael; and he and his staff went above and beyond to smooth the way for us, getting in touch with listing brokers and getting us access to look at places. A special shout-out to Michael’s assistant Kevin Salazar. Kevin was great to work with. He responded to our texts at 10 or 11 at night so that we could get applications in on time. Our experience with Michael and his team was outstanding—I’m not sure we would have succeeded without them!

Comment: Michael Baghwandin has helped guide me through 4 major real estate moves and truly is the best New York realtor / real estate agent! Knowledge of the market, responsiveness, actively having an opinion (that always ends up being right!) are just some of the things that make him so good. He also doesnt push you to purchase something not affordable just to make a few more bucks which is something Ive seen in too many other brokers. For me what makes him truly great is the emotional support he provides. Buying and selling homes is an emotional process for me and Michaels patience and groundedness make all the difference. Comment: First, my wife and I can not say enough good things about Michael. I know that sounds too good to be true, however its more than true. From the first time we interacted with Michael, a year prior to really pursuing our search for our first home, he was engaged, responsive, professional, and observant. All qualities we wanted in a broker, he had, and then some. Once we started really pursuing, he was relentless and allowed us to be creative versus just pushing us in a direction....which eventually got us to where he thought we would end up.
