Comment: Amanda Tarter is a star. Plain and simple. She is efficient while being sensitive. She is a great listener who pays attention to the needs of her client and at the same time is clear-headed and succinct in making recommendations. She has great taste (which actually does matter) and was open about the benefits and challenges with each property we looked at. And lastly, when trying to navigate a seller who was oftentimes evasive/elusive, she never lost her cool and closed the deal without issue or drama. Def return business and already have made several referrals.
