Comment: I want to thank the Mirateam team, and in particular Daniel Pazmino for advising me throughout the entire process of purchasing my house from start to finish, even having had to do it twice, because after being under contract for 2 months in another house and Not being able to buy due to a problem with the sellers, we had to resume the search and start everything again. He will always be available to answer any questions and clarify any doubts. He has all the contacts you may need during the process. He will contact you with the person at the bank. who will ensure that you qualify for the loan, will contact you with inspectors, appraisals, lawyers and even engineers if you need to do an inspection where there is some type of structural damage as was the case in my case, and in most cases and if you need it, it contacts you with professionals who speak Spanish. Thanks to his management, not only was I able to buy my house but he also helped me achieve good credit $$ at the time of closing, which I can use for repairs or whatever I need to do. I totally recommend Mirateam and Daniel Pazmino for the purchase of your home and I would take them into account in the future if I needed to invest in another property again. When it came time to negotiating they did not have our interests at heart and I knew their interests were just in making the deal. Roy and Isabel are completely different. They were available by texts through out the whole process. And when it came to negotiations, they were forthcoming with what they felt was not a good deal for us, when if it resulted in them losing the sale. Comment: My fiancé and I recently went through Roy for the purchase of our new home. We began the process in November and had our closing this past Tuesday. Roy made the process so easy, stress free, and he is incredibly knowledgeable. We asked to see tons of houses and he was constantly available by text to get us set up to view and talk us through reasonable offers. Regardless of how many questions we had he was there to answer them for us. He was able to set us up with a woman who got us a lower rate on our mortgage and she found us someone who got us a lower insurance quote for not only our home, but car as well. Without Roy none of that would have been possible. We are so grateful and cannot wait to fully settle into our new home. Upon arrival, Roy was friendly and was able to answer all of my questions in detail. This was on a Saturday and though it was the weekend, a response about approval was given within 24 hours. Comment: As a first time homebuyer, there are so many questions, concerns, and factors to consider. It can make the process seem  overwhelming. But Isabel made our experience a lot smoother by offering us unconditional guidance. She was always available to accommodate us and our needs. Prior to meeting Isabel. we had attempted to find a home through another real estate agent but we did not find success. There was an instant mutual understanding upon our first meeting with Isabel.  There was a new level of comfort and confidence, which we had not felt before. We knew that we needed someone that would listen and act in our best interests and that was exactly what we found.  She was very attentive to detail, organized, and worked around our schedules. As parents, she also considered our desire to find a home that would be the ideal environment for our children. She was easy to communicate with and we would hear a response from her within minutes.
