Nick and Amanda worked with us the whole time. They were always available responding to texts immediately, and when there was a house to look at, they were quick to set up a time to look. Nick will go in and tell you the truth, good or bad. He won’t try and sell you a house, he gives his own knowledge on how much he think a house costs and if it’s a good buy or not. He is filled with information that makes the process go smoothly. Having him on your team is a huge asset. He has set himself up with all professional, hard working people that helps ease the stress of home buying. They will make you feel you important and In good hands. Comment: I had a fantastic experience selling a property with Nicholas and I would absolutely hire him when buying or selling a home in the future.I assisted my parents when selling my mothers childhood home. I offered to help them choose a real estate agent and participate in the process with them. With a background in business, I wanted to make sure they werent taken advantage of and hired a professional.I interviewed three top listing agents with the goal of finding someone who was trustworthy, made me comfortable, and could get things done. I never doubted my decision to hire Nicholas at any time from our first meeting until the property closed.I especially liked how Nicholas wasnt a typical salesmen and was more of an advisor (like a CPA or attorney). He was knowledgable about all aspects of the transaction, never pressured us into anything, and kept me up-to-date with our progress.He advised that we list the home $10,000 higher than the two other agents and had multiple offers over asking price in less than one week. The house ended up selling for about $20,000 more than the other agents said it probably would. With a selling price of about $160,000, this is huge difference.Im confident that many other agents (including the ones I interviewed) would have simply low-balled the price, taken the first offer, and left thousands of dollars on the table. Nicholas paid for himself (and then some).He made decision making easy for us by providing simple options and straightforward recommendations. Despite several challenges outside of his control during escrow, including difficult buyers and unreliable attorneys, the transaction successfully closed.I would wholeheartedly recommend hiring Nicholas for your real estate transaction. If I were ready to buy or sell a property today, I wouldnt even bother interviewing anyone else.

He was hands-on in the staging and we had a line of people interested in buying. He did a great job in negotiating a final deal where we were able to rent back until our new house was ready. Comment: I was looking at houses solo when I first met Bob - he was a realtor on a property I thought I might like. I generally don’t trust people trying to sell me things, but when Bob gave me his card, I kept it. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and earnest in his desire to help. A few months later, I found the perfect house, and I knew I needed a realtor to help me navigate selling my current house and put in a bid for this new home - so I called Bob. One of the things you need to know about Bob, is he gives you 100% every single day. We had my house on the market within a week, and a buyer the same day. When that buyer fell through, he helped me rally and keep going til we signed a contract a few weeks later. Selling and buying a house is so overwhelming. As a single mom with two kids, it was even more so - but Bob thought of and took care of details that made all the difference - he has great working relationships with local landscapers, movers, house cleaners, etc, and was able to make them all available to me at literally a moment’s notice. Comment: When my wife and I started looking for a house, it wasnt the ideal time being that it was winter. Starting at the end of the year of 2016, we contacted Nick to help us through this adventure. We had our had to have list, which we gave to Nick to help him get a better idea of what type of house we were looking for. From there, Nick took off setting up houses for us to look at. We also had a deadline in which we needed to be settled into a house by, and Nick made sure to stick to it all the while not letting us settle on a house that he knew we wouldnt love. Even though we were stressed out occasionally about finding a house in time, Nick never felt overwhelmed and was very helpful with the entire process. Once we found a house and the offer was accepted, Nick helped schedule the inspection and with his past banking experience, was more than helpful with the mortgage process. Nick was there from the beginning all the way to the signing of the papers. We are in a house that we love, in a neighborhood that we envisioned and couldnt be happier with the outcome.
