I had made my intent to rent the place known right after the first viewing and he went out of his way to secure the apartment while I went through the paperwork. I had come to the US not long before so I was in a difficult situation with credit score and SSN, and Emilson really did everything to get my application accepted. He was professional but also easy to talk to over text. He even got me in to the apartment 9 days early because my previous rent was expiring and I needed to stay somewhere. Comment: I worked with Jermaine Phillips and he was awesome. If you are planning on renting a property through MNS, do yourself a favor and call Jermaine directly. You wont be disappointed.I saw other properties with other brokers before coming to my current building alone. (Jermaine and MNS represented my building). It was somewhat of a tough experience with other brokers/buildings due to the fact that I am active duty military. Long story short, NYC has a tough 40x income rule, and the way the military pays us with a base salary and housing allowance, can be both tricky to explain/understand in regards to that rule. Jermaine had zero issue understanding my situation and went above and beyond to make sure the decision makers above him understood as well.Heres what you get working with Jermaine:-Professionalism. He was honest and straightforward with me the entire time.-Prompt Communicator. Whether its a phone call, text, or email, he was quick to respond to any question I had. He gave me a courtesy heads up and an apology when some paperwork he was sending me was going to be a little later than what I was originally told.-Priority. I obviously didnt ask how many clients he currently had, but whatever that number was, I felt like I was his number one priority the entire time.Thanks for making my move to NYC easy, Jermaine!
