He was ultra responsive, diligent and positive during the most difficult times of this long search/purchase. Comment: My wife and I have worked with Minas from Modern Spaces twice -- Once as the broker for our apartment lease in Upper Ditmars 5 years ago and last year as the broker on our first apartment purchase in Astoria. He was hyper-vigilant with staying on top of deadlines and was also present at our closing. Minas even went above and beyond communicating with all parties as well as preparing our co-op board application and paperwork. We have been in the new house since July 21 and are renovating now (planned when we purchased).We recommended Minas to friends of ours who also engaged him to broker their purchase in Astoria this year as well. We had dinner in their beautiful new penthouse last week!

Moving during a pandemic can be stressful, but necessary, and Minas went above and beyond to ensure we would be cared for throughout every step of our apartment hunting process. Comment: Jemery Ruiz is the epitome of being helpful, gracious, patient, and understanding. Moving from a different state to NYC was already a huge headache since one usually dont start looking for an apartment to lease until the month before move in. However, after seeing an apartment that suited all my needs, Jeremy was timely and helped me every step of the way. He was very patient and never made it seem like my a million questions were bothersome. Even after two weeks of signing the lease, Jeremy went above and beyond all my expectations by giving me a call to ask me how everything was going. I could not ask for a better experience. He is truly the best.

We soon came across Jeremy, we told him what we were looking for. Not only did he find us what we were looking for, but he found us an apartment that exceeded our expectations. Comment: My husband and I first worked with Steve a couple of years ago when we decided to sublet our apartment. He was professional, responsive and helpful throughout the process. Given his expansive client base, we were able to rent the apartment quickly and at a competitive rate. When we recently decided to sell that same apartment, naturally Steve was the person we went back to. He has his finger on the pulse in terms of market value, did an excellent job explaining to buyers why our apartment was worth the asking price, and secured a competitive offer in only 2 weeks.
