I had a complicated situation with selling my house but Mitchell came in simplified the process and helped me feel at ease. I was very specific in terms of what I needed and he fulfilled all of my expectations. Mitchell was always available for any questions or concerns that I may have and he was dedicated to getting what I wanted. I visited the office several times and the staff were very friendly & helpful. Other real estate agents from other firms I had try to get in touch were either rude, or not returning my calls, but Mitchell and the momentum real estate were very professional, friendly and eager to help. Highly recommend!

During our sale, Mitchell led two excellent agents from his company, Kevin and Priscilla, who provided timely and professional service. He helped set the right price for our house because of he had years of experience buying and selling houses in our neighborhood. He also did a great job attracting and negotiating with the buyers. It took only about two months to find a buyer to accept our asking price. From listing to closing, everything went smoothly thanks to him and his team’s help.
