Comment: 10 out of 10 would be given if it was possible. Me and my wife started the process of buying our first house and we go in touch with Miranda from Mondello Upstate Properties. What a pleasure it was buying our first house with Mirandas help. We definitely were lucky to find a house quickly but when the first house did not work out Miranda kept spirits high and it all worked out with the best house we could of asked for! Would recommend any one using Mondello in the upstate area!

Comment: My husband and I worked with Miranda to sell our first home. Miranda guided us through the process with professionalism and confidence. She made herself available for any questions we had and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. Because of Miranda, we had an accepted offer just four days after putting it on the market. Comment: When we bought our first home in 2004 it was over a year long search and a hassle front to back. When we decided to sell that house in 2019 we had noticed that most homes for sale in the area had a Mondello sign in the yard. We also noticed that the signs were quite quickly gone and moving vans in those driveways. We were so glad we decided to call Cathie Mondello to help us appraise our home and search for the next house. She was amazing! She came prepared with comparable home prices that had recently sold in the area, which were reasonable and what we had expected. We looked at three or four houses with Cathie, at our request in one day, she didnt push anything on us. Cathie mentioned after the last one that she thought she had our style and preferences pegged and would get back to us the next day with other options to look at. I stumbled across a house just outside of town in the same school district that same day and called her, which is when she told us a family wanted to buy our home. Cathie showed us the house and we loved it! Cathie recommended a home inspector who preformed a very timely and thorough inspection. Cathie negotiated with the previous home owner to make corrections found during inspection and she even managed to line up the closing of our old house and the closing of our new house in the same day with everyone involved! None of this could have gone smoother if it werent for Cathie and her team. I hope the family in our old home are happy and get at least 15 years of memories out of it too. We are grateful to make new memories in our new home. We have Cathie Mondello to thank for this seamless, painless (minus the moving part), stress-free, awesome experience. I have no plans of ever moving again but if we do, I will be calling Cathie (and a professional moving service). In the meantime, we will be recommending her to anyone asking. It took Cathie just under four months to sell our house and get us into our new house and it took us a year and a half to write this review ... our apologies and our most sincere THANK YOU!

But today, I realize that it is right on time.How is it that a desire, written in a journal in the early part of 2019 entitled “Questions I May Never Know the Answers to”, becomes a reality less than a year later in the midst of a pandemic????Miranda Alger of Mondello Upstate Properties is how!I had forgotten that I’d asked the questions: “Can I have a place of my own?”; and “What are the steps to take to accomplish it?” until I came across that journal entry this morning.In June of this year (2020) Keith, who wanted us to have a home of our own close to his place of employment, met Miranda Alger. Miranda provided leads and took us to view properties. When we found the house we wanted, our bid was accepted immediately! With Miranda’s step by step guidance through the process of obtaining the mortgage, setting up inspections, and completing paperwork, we were able to close on our property in less than three months!I am grateful to you, Miranda, for being available whenever I was at my wits’ end trying to navigate deadlines and documents. So many details including home inspections, surveys, communication with the sellers--the list goes on! I cannot say enough about the incredible service--she was present for multiple visits to the home when we could not be there (inspections, etc.) and really paid attention to the finest of details.
